I knew a father and daughter from this planet. It was many years – many millennia ago for me, but they’re from much later than this time period. They’re much closer to your time.

I did’nt meet her. But I’ve heard a lot about her. Her name was Lucina and she and her husband Tremas were known as two of the best Consuls that Traken had ever had for millennia.

Yes, most weddings on Traken were arranged by the Source, it’s sort of like an antivirus spanning a few solar systems, but Tremas and Lucina… they truly seemed to love one another.

But Lucina died while giving birth to her daughter, Nyssa. You see, Lucina did’nt have psychic powers, but Nyssa did… Nyssa had psychic powers usually not found on Traken, only between Keepers.

Yup, Nyssa Jovanka, formerly known as Nyssa of Traken, and one of my dearest friends. A biotechnology prodigy and one of the few Trakenites to ever been born with psychic powers. It was’nt genetic, it was a gift of the Keepers.

Honestly, there are really only have been really few Keepers, with some small Antikeeper inbetween. They’re the rulers of Traken, and they reign for 1000 years each, or are supposed to. And Tremas… Tremas was going to become one.

Yeah. My best enemy… always going to great lenghts. Going on every corner of the universe. And finding someone with a specifically anagram name. I have funny stories about him. Like the time he was Sandokan but also Rasputin but also the Prince of Persia!

But it’s only an anagram in English… Not in Trakenite or Gallifreyan. And then again, only if you spell it with an E instead of an I, which would be an odd romanization, since Gallifrey and Traken would use writing systems completely different than Earth’s.

What’s the point if they realize it’s an anagram? And they did’nt! The Trakenite word for Master is Ecurb, which… Oh, Rassilon-dammit!

I’ve been to Nibiru quite a few times. Have brought a few delicacies from there. They have some shimmering paints and symbols I also try to incorporate. My stones represent many planets and cultures… they represent many souls. In fact, myself, I am a child of two cultures.

In many human-like species, the spread of phenotypes is very different than Earth or Gallifrey. In fact, Earth and Gallifrey have very different phenotypes from each other.

Does that mean that you could regenerate to a phenotype that does’nt exist on Earth?

Yes, I don’t always regenerate human-passing, only when I need to, in fact I regenerate to resemble phenotypes of those around me. Hanging always around Nimons or Sontarans would cause me to look more like them, although it would propably be slow. I could have two head, or no head. But the default will always be the species that are more similiar to Gallifreyans.

It’s an important Gallifreyan sigil. It was the sigil of an important Gallifreyan researcher who first discovered Traken for Gallifrey.

Yes, we are already an unified planet and we have colonized quite a few uninhabited solar systems near us, plus a few further outposts.

Anyways, I was always a bit rebellious when I was younger… I had many escapades on other planets. I used to have a girlfriend on Chloris, and in fact I’m open to dating even people from outside Trakenite body plans, such as Ogrons, Terileptils, and Raxacoricofallapatorians. I’ve kissed an Abzorbaloff once. Felt slimey for almost three weeks. In fact, I’ve found Bobble in a jungle in Kembel.

So, Doctor… what did happen to Traken after the Master stole Tremas’ body?

Nyssa went to see what happened to her father, and met me, Adric, and Tegan on Logopolis, as well as the newly possessed Master. It was believed the Logopolitans were helding an universe with their maths. The Master… he killed all of them… Then again there were only a few of them, living in a small town. Logopolis was a name humans gave, they were known to themselves as the Adrokali.

So, the Logopolitans weren’t the real cause of Traken’s destruction.

No, Jadan. But the Master… He wanted to trap Adric and Nyssa with me. So he closed the CVE’s – Emperor Turlough of Trion later managed to reopen them back – And destroyed Traken and it’s moon Repithia. Luvic, who had only been a Keeper for all of February 1981, got teleported to Zanak and became a Mentiad. And the four of us together… we could get Traken back!
